Cheddar Gorge

Located near the village of Cheddar in Somerset, England, Cheddar Gorge is a limestone gorge, the biggest in Britain, in the Mendip Hills. It attracts around 500,000 visitors a year.
You can visit two caves, the Gough’s Cave and the Cox’s Cave, whose stalagmites and stalactites will astound you.
However, the real must-see is the gorge itself. Thanks to a cliff top walk, the views of Cheddar Gorge are unbeatable. A watchtower offers you the chance to have a 360-degree view of the area.
Adventurists can also enjoy one of the many rock climbing routes.
