Hull, situated on the north shore of the Humber estuary in north east England, has a maritime climate affected by breezes from the Gulf Stream which makes the weather very mild for its latitude. The climate in Hull

Found on the River Hull at its junction with the Humber estuary in the ceremonial county of East Riding of Yorkshire, Hull’s full name is Kingston upon Hull and has a population of 256,000. Originating in the late 12th century, the city experienced having damage during the Second World War. Today, popular tourist attractions are the Old Town and Museum Quarter, Hull Marina, and The Deep. Hull’s climate is a temperate maritime one. Locally, it is drier and sunnier than cities in a similar location. It has an annual precipitation of 670mm. In summer, the average high temperatures are about 21°C with the warmest day being about 28°C. Winters are mild with an average high of 7°C and lows above 0°C.
