Everyone should visit Hampstead Heath, another great option for people who are looking to explore London on a budget or just to get away from bustle of the big city. It is really a piece of nature much like Central Park is to NYC.

Located only a few tube stops away from the heart of London, it is a sprawling area of lush greenery. This park is famous and appreciated for its unique view, at its highest point, you can see all of London!

Covering 320 hectares, the Heath is rambling and hilly, embracing ponds, recent and ancient woodlands, playgrounds and a training track. Running along its eastern perimeter is a chain of ponds, including three open-air public swimming pools.
